Enterprise Solution Manager (B2B)
Bangkok, Thailand
As the Enterprise Solution Manager, you are the face of our company to Thailand’s largest corporate entities, taxi cooperatives, and logistics giants. You will lead the "Big Deal" strategy, transforming complex vehicle supply and financing needs into seamless, high-value enterprise solutions.
We are looking for a sophisticated commercial leader who pairs sharp financial acumen with the "charm" and emotional intelligence required to navigate high-stakes boardroom negotiations.
Senior Management
Full-Time
Responsibilities
1. High-Stakes Partnership & Sales
-
Enterprise Pipeline: Identify, hunt, and close large-scale car acquisition deals with taxi fleet owners, major ride-hailing cooperatives, and multinational corporations (MNCs).
-
The "Charming" Advocate: Build deep, multi-level relationships with CEOs, Fleet Directors, and Government stakeholders to ensure we are the "partner of choice" for long-term supply.
-
Commercial Structuring: Design bespoke commercial proposals, including bulk-purchase discounts, tailored leasing structures, and maintenance-inclusive packages.
2. Strategic Solution Design
-
Consultative Selling: Don't just sell "cars"—sell business outcomes. Understand the client's P&L challenges and design fleet solutions that improve their bottom line.
-
Cross-Functional Bridge: Work with the Acquisition Manager and Operations to ensure that enterprise-level commitments (like delivery timelines and service SLAs) are met with 100% precision.
3. Market Intelligence & Compliance
-
Regulatory Navigation: Lead discussions with transport authorities (DLT) and regulatory bodies to ensure enterprise fleet solutions remain compliant with evolving Thai laws.
-
Financial Expertise: Collaborate with banking and insurance partners to create exclusive financing "moats" that competitors cannot easily replicate.
Qualifications
-
Executive Presence: 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Enterprise Account Management, or Corporate Banking. You are comfortable and persuasive in front of C-suite executives.
-
The "Closer" Instinct: A proven track record of managing long sales cycles (6–12 months) and closing multi-million THB contracts.
-
Commercial Sophistication: Strong understanding of P&L, leasing math, and asset depreciation. You can build a business case on the fly.
-
Cultural Fluency: Native-level Thai with a deep understanding of Thai business etiquette ("Kreng Jai" and relationship-first networking), paired with professional English for regional reporting.
-
Education: MBA or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Management is highly preferred.
Benefits
- Competitive salary with high-performance yearly bonuses.
- Comprehensive health and life insurance.
- Direct specialized training in GAC AION’s latest EV technology and systems.
- Career advancement opportunities within the rapidly expanding CLVG Group.
- Access to exclusive staff electric vehicle ownership programs.
